Froelich’s 1890 Village: home to John Froelich’s 1892 invention of the first gasoline tractor to propel itself forward and backward. Far reaching in its effect on modern agriculture throughout the world. This invention is forerunner of John Deere. Tour highlights: Froelich Tractor Replica, 1891 General Store, Post Office, 1866 One-Room School, Blacksmith Shop, Railroad Depot, Warehouse, Vintage Barn and Semi Building.

Hours:

May 14-Sep 25 & first 2 weekends in Oct, Mon-Tues & Thurs-Sat 10-5, Sun 11-5.

Admission:

$5 adults, $1 children ages 6-12. Large groups please call to schedule.
