Breakfast with Santa and Frosty
Saturday, Dec 1, 9:30am-11am
Frosty the Snowman and Santa will be at the Waterloo Center for the Arts for breakfast, pictures and crafts. Join them for waffles, sausages, and ice-cream for breakfast followed by a snowflake scavenger hunt in the Phelps Youth Pavilion!
