Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area is pleased to announce the winners of the fifth annual photography contest. The contest, themed Capture the Heart of America showcased the beauty of the Heritage Area through 540 photographs, submitted in five unique categories. Photographs were received from 150 entrants in seven states; including Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas and Wisconsin.
