Event Description
The Mathias Ham House has been the site of elaborate holiday events for many years. Join Heather Green, Interpretation Program Manager, as we take a look at how the winter holidays have been celebrated in Dubuque over the years. We’ll explore how the young people entertained themselves during the coldest winters, what made a great New Year’s Eve party, and what people’s favorite Christmas gifts were from the 1840’s through today.
