Event Description
A sweet lesson in civics for the whole family! Explore Iowa’s unique—and changing—caucuses: Sample cookies to choose your favorite. Make campaign posters and buttons. Write slogans and speeches. Lobby for your treat of choice. Caucus following both party models and compare results. Along the way, learn about the history of Iowa’s caucuses and the importance of making your voice heard by voting. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
