Event Description
Listen. How often do we truly take time to listen to our natural surroundings? Observing our external influences with ALL of our senses gives us the opportunity to be mindful about our own inner nature. Please join us for a silent guided meditation walk to our amphitheater, where we will explore nature, our surroundings, and ultimately ourselves. This activity will be outdoors, so please dress according to the weather and bring a blanket and/or mat for comfort and warmth. All ages & abilities welcome. $15.
