Event Description
The Macbride Raptor Project, a collaboration between the University of Iowa and Kirkwood Community College, will visit the Museum of Natural History with a live hawk and owl for an interactive public program about Iowa Birds of Prey. The Macbride Raptor Project focuses on research, rehabilitation, and education regarding raptors in Iowa and across the globe. Visitors will also learn about identification characteristics and habitat requirements for the raptors brought as part of the program.
