Event Description
If you know Vicky of C’est La V Bakery, you know that she is lauded for her incredible pizza dough! Learn her secrets for easily achieving pizza dough perfection in this hands-on workshop. Each student will make two kinds of dough in class (white and whole wheat) to take home, along with corresponding recipes for each. And to top it off, we will end with class with a complimentary pizza tasting!
Vicky Dunn received her culinary training at the French Pastry Institute in Chicago, IL, which is where she developed her love of breads. She extended her formal training at King Arthur Flour in Vermont, specifically in the masterful craft of sourdough bread baking. Since 2012, she has been sharing her fine, artisan baked goods with the Cedar Valley through C’est la V Bakery.

Total Class Fee: $40.00 (Course Fee: $35.00, plus Materials Fee: $5.00)
Please register by January 6th, 2016. If the class minimum is not met, a refund may be issued in lieu of this class offering. You will be alerted shortly after the registration deadline if a refund is being issued. All materials and supplies will be provided in class. In the event of bad weather, our make up date is Sunday, January 17th, 2016.
