Event Description
On national MIA/POW Day, the Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum will host a program in honor of those still Missing in Action from the Vietnam War. A ceremony* with an honorary speaker will commemorate the 25 Iowans with remains not recovered from Vietnam. A token of remembrance will be presented to representatives or family members affiliated with the missing.
Admission will be charged to those wishing to tour the Museum. Gather in support of the friends and families of Iowa’s heroes whose fate is unknown. They will not be forgotten.
