Event Description
The 13th Iowa Country School House Conference will be held October 11-12, 2013 at the Bluffs Inn & Oaks Steakhouse in Decorah, IA. Northeast Iowa has a number of excellent examples of well preserved country school houses, and this conference will be a fitting celebration with a series of educational meetings that will continue Preservation Iowa’s enthusiastic support for preservation of this important chapter in the history of Iowa education.
