Event Description
Engine of the Heartland, a permanent exhibit at the Grout Museum of History & Science, is getting a “facelift” after 15 years. On December 2, three new displays will explore the industry of farming. Visitors will visualize changes in land use, see technological advancements in farming and learn about the products produced by area farmers. Video interviews of Iowa farmers will enhance the storyline.
