    Silos & Smokestacks and AEA 267 to Hold Teacher’s Resource Fair

    Cedar Falls– Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area (SSNHA) is holding a free Teacher’s Resource Fair, Monday, February 19, 2007, from 2:30 – 6 p.m. in Cedar Falls, Iowa, at the AEA 267 Office.

    Are you a Pre-K – 12 teacher, administrator or home-school parent? Come and discover all that your local cultural institutions have to offer you and your students. Network with over 25 educators from SSNHA affiliated sites and attractions around northeast Iowa at your leisure, receive handy teacher guides and brochures and even watch program demonstrations.

    Snacks will be provided by sponsors, Starbucks Coffee Co. and Panera Bread of Iowa. Door prize drawings will be awarded at the top of every hour, with a grand prize drawing at 6:00 p.m. No pre-registration is required.
