The National Cattle Congress (NCC) is committed to benefit the youth of Iowa, to support educational programs and institutions, to expand agricultural horizons and to preserve and honor Iowa agricultural heritages. We provide quality, affordable and entertaining learning experiences to spectators and the general public by conducting our annual fair and events throughout the year.
