Event Description
Join in celebrating the American Bald Eagle along with the Iowa City Bird Club and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from Coralville Lake! There will be speakers, exhibitors, and vendors at the indoor venue, along with some fun hands-on activities for kids and adults alike. To mention a few, Linda & Robert Scarth, nature photographers & authors, will talk about eagles and hawks, including some of their own wonderful photos. Another speaker will bring live birds. The outdoor venue will be at the Tailwater West Picnic Shelter below the dam at Coralville Lake with spotting scopes and hot beverages provided by the ICBC.
