Event Description
The talk will explore the early months of the Hoover Presidency, when Hoover had latitude to address the issues that he campaigned on: agricultural reform, law enforcement and prohibition, prison reform, improving inland waterways. Also covering Hoover Ball and Camp Rapidan as Hoover did allow himself time for rest and relaxation before the Stock Market Crash and Depression.
