Enjoy 22,000 sq. ft. of exhibits from period rooms, a country school, bootmaker shop, general store, an authentic replica of a McCormick Reaper, to wildlife and military displays. The museum also houses the Iowa Orphan Train Research Center and don’t miss the 2-headed calf! To the south, the newly renovated Penningroth Machine Shed features a fine collection of vintage agricultural equipment as well as an authentic log cabin and blacksmith shop.
