Event Description
The Root Cellar celebrates Black History Month with a presentation on African American Genealogy from Brianne Wright, Curator at the African American Museum of Iowa in Cedar Rapids. The discussion will also feature special comments by former Clinton Mayor Lametta Wynn on the 5oth anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and members of the community are invited to share their stories as well.
