Event Description
Spend an evening at the Nature Center as we host the Winter Wildland Alliance Backcountry Film Festival, a compilation of films that celebrate the human-powered experience through winter adventures. Expect to be inspired to get outdoors! Visit our vendor village, win raffle prizes, grab a beer and popcorn and watch eleven short films that feature outdoor sports in beautiful places around the world. Hear the stories of women who are alpine mountain guides, learn about humans’ innate connection to wild game hunting, and watch an artist create snow art with nothing more than a pair of snowshoes on his feet. Doors open at 6:00 PM. 200 tickets available. Fee: $10.
