Meet CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farmers, learn about their farms, and sign up for a CSA that’s right for you. Sample delicious recipes that you can make at home, try fun food activities, and learn how to find fresh, local food right here in the Cedar Valley. Free!

This ancient heirloom popcorn is grown in Shellsburg, Iowa. Try a freshly popped sample!

Learn how to cook with local foods. Take home recipes so you can try them yourself.

• Food Preservation Techniques:
Want to eat local food all year long? Find resources about canning and other food preservation techniques.

• Make Your Own Butter:
Using local Hansen’s Dairy Cream, try your hand at making your own butter!

• Watch “Iowa Ingredients” in the Museum’s Theatre.
