Event Description
Participants will learn about different types of hauntings, the equipment used to investigate the paranormal and have a chance to experiment with it themselves. They will also watch the episode of Biography Channels “My Ghost Story” that the Russell House was featured in. Visitors will take part in a paranormal investigation at the Snowden House with the Unknown Darkness investigators, hear and see paranormal evidence caught in the homes and talk to the investigators who witnessed it first hand.
A haunted tour of the Rensselaer Russell House Museum is included in the cost of the event. The tour will include information on the past paranormal investigations that have taken place in the home.
There are only 30 open spots for this event. Registration is due by May 10. Cost is $35 for Grout Museum District members and $45 for non-members. Those who register after the deadline will be charged an additional $5.
