Event Description
Two leading historians of Iowa’s past lead this tour through areas of Johnson and Washington Counties, in Iowa, highlighting Old Order Amish farms and businesses. Dress casually with comfortable shoes for walking on uneven ground. Two meals are included in the cost, you may bring a water bottle. Cost is $90 per person, this includes lunch and dinner meals (special dietary needs cannot be accommodated).
The bus leaves the Hoover Presidential Library and Museum parking lot at 8:00 a.m. and returns around 7:00 p.m. Please contact the Hoover Presidential Foundation for reservations, 319-643-5327.
