Event Description
The Ice Harvesting Festival is back for a second year! Watch as history comes to life as members of the Amish community from the Fairbank area demonstrate ice cutting on the lake. The Amish still harvest ice as a way to keep food cold. In addition to ice harvesting, there will be ice-carving demonstrations, STEM fun, presentations, photo ops, and more. This event has a back-up date of February 8 if weather conditions do not cooperate for February 1. The event is free and open to the public.
