Event Description
Dr Leon Couch III, Milwaukee WI, will be presenting an organ concert on the historic 1896 Kimball pipe organ.
All concerts, which are free, are followed by refreshments at the nearby Larrabee School auditorium, where audience members may visit with the musicians.
The Union Sunday School congregation was established in 1857. This former Presbyterian Church was built in 1863. The Kimball Pipe Organ (world’s largest extant Kimball pipe organ) was donated to this site by former Governor William Larrabee in 1896. The State Historical Society of Iowa and the Clermont Historical Society co-sponsor this concert series.
