Event Description
In partnership with KCRG, the Cedar Rapids Science Center is pleased to announce the Severe Weather Town Hall meeting. Forecasting severe weather has made big strides forward, but there’s still room to get better – and you can help.
Join KCRG-TV9 and an expert panel to chat about a variety of things we all encounter – outdoor warning sirens, severe weather preparedness, why we respond to warnings the way that we do, and much more. Your thoughts and opinions are important and we want to hear them!
This is a free event for ages 12 and up. Adult must accompany children. No registration required. Event will be broadcast.
