Event Description
The Elgin Historical Society will present ”Tales from the Elgin Museum” on Saturday July 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the Carriage House at Montauk Historic Site.
Come learn about early life in Elgin, the people who lived there and the surrounding area. Kenneth and Harriet Blockus from the Elgin Historical Society will display artifacts from the Elgin Museum and tell the tales that accompany those items including Falb’s Meat Market, Elgin’s tallest visitor and the tale of Elgin’s “wolf”!
