Event Description
A free program exploring the history of the Iowa Caucuses. Tim Kraft, who organized Jimmy Carter’s Iowa campaign, will be the keynote followed by panels of reporters who covered the caucuses and political organizers of past caucus presidential candidates. This is the first of a series of events examining the past, present and future of the caucuses through a partnership of the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library-Museum, the Hoover Presidential Foundation, and the University of Iowa Public Policy Center
