Event Description
“Winter Wingding 2015” will feature two short films: “Looms” and “Steel Mule” followed with music by the “Six Mile Grove Band” … both of which shed a vivid image of farm lives and values in our area.
“Looms” was filmed this past winter by Funk Factory Films, a crew with local roots at a location near Osage.
“Steel Mule” is based on a song written by Six Mile Grove lead Singer/songwriter Brandon Sampson, about his grandfather who still lives on the family farm near Lyle, Minnesota.
The short films will be followed by a concert featuring the “Six Mile Grove Band.”
Several other pieces of entertainment, including a silent auction, will add to your enjoyment of the evening.
West doors will be open at 5:30. Entertainment starts in the auditorium at 7:00.
