Motor Mill, built in 1869, preserves the story of flour milling and wheat production in Northeast Iowa. The mill also demonstrates the struggles farmers, businessmen and laborers faced in a remote rural river setting, as well as the challenges faced in the development of a large agri-business. Site also offers several out buildings, land and water trails, and camping to enjoy at this historic site in the scenic valley of the Turkey River.
