Holiday Arts Festival
Nov 10 & 11, 10am-4pm
This two-day fine arts festival falls at the perfect time to kick off the holiday shopping season! Original works by the finest Midwest artists working in mixed media, jewelry, glass, metal, ceramics, photography, wood, fiber, and more will be available for purchase at the Waterloo Center for the Arts. Laughing Tree Cafe will be open and serving pastries, coffee, tea and lunch.
